Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address. Set a password, accept the Terms and Conditions and click Create Account. Your account is activated instantly after you verify your mobile number via OTP. The entire process takes under two minutes for most players.

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at 788game. Your date of birth is collected during registration and age verification using your CNIC may be required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.

No. Each player is permitted a single 788game account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances withheld. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support@788game.im to recover it rather than creating a new one.

Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset link is sent immediately. The link is valid for 15 minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact our support team directly for manual account recovery.

Yes. Email support@788game.im with subject "Account Closure Request". Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method before closure. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Note that permanent closure is different from self-exclusion – if the reason for closing is problem gaming, we strongly recommend self-exclusion instead (see the Responsible Gaming section below).

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your account balance within one to two minutes. Bank IBFT deposits are credited within 15 minutes during standard banking hours.

The minimum deposit at 788game is Rs 200 across all payment methods. There is no minimum deposit specific to any one method. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method – Easypaisa and JazzCash have wallet limits set by those providers, while bank IBFT supports larger transfers up to Rs 1,000,000 per transaction.

788game does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account balance. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees on their end – for example, Easypaisa or JazzCash may show a small service charge in their own app. That fee is collected by the payment provider, not by 788game.

First, wait the standard processing time for your chosen method (1–2 minutes for Easypaisa/JazzCash, up to 15 minutes for bank transfers). If the deposit still has not appeared after this time, refresh your account balance page. If it is still missing, contact support@788game.im with your transaction reference number, the amount, the time of deposit and your payment method. We will trace the transaction within one hour.

No. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are flagged by our compliance system and may result in the deposit being held pending verification. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with financial regulations. Always use your own Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account.

Yes. All payment transactions on 788game are processed over an encrypted TLS connection. Your Easypaisa or JazzCash credentials are entered directly on the payment provider's secure interface – 788game never sees or stores your wallet PIN. The transaction is tokenised on the provider side and only the confirmation is returned to 788game.

Yes. All deposits, account balances and withdrawals at 788game are in Pakistani rupees. There is no currency conversion, no foreign exchange fee and no need to deal with USD or any other currency. You deposit in PKR, you see your balance in PKR and you withdraw in PKR. It is straightforward.

There is no limit on the number of individual deposit transactions per day by default. However, you can choose to set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits using the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings. Any limit you set yourself applies immediately and can only be raised after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Withdrawals

Log in to your 788game account and navigate to the Cashier section. Click Withdraw, select your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing time.

The minimum withdrawal at 788game is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank IBFT. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for players who have completed KYC verification in full. Unverified accounts are subject to lower withdrawal caps until verification is complete.

Common reasons for delayed withdrawals include: pending KYC verification, incomplete wagering requirements on an active bonus, a mismatch between your registered name and the payment account name, or an unusually high withdrawal amount that triggers a compliance review. Check your account notifications for any specific reason. If none apply, contact support@788game.im with your withdrawal reference.

788game does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive the full amount you request. As with deposits, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges on receipt. These are set by the payment provider and are outside 788game's control.

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, 788game requires withdrawals to be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited by that method. If you wish to withdraw to a new payment method, contact support to add and verify it before submitting a withdrawal request.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 10 to 15 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. Bank IBFT transfers depend on your bank but generally arrive within two hours during banking hours. All methods are significantly faster than industry average because 788game processes withdrawal requests in real time rather than batching them nightly.

Yes. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload photos of your CNIC. We strongly recommend completing this process as soon as you register so it does not delay your first withdrawal request. KYC verification typically completes within one to three hours of document submission.

Withdrawal requests that are still in "Pending" status can be cancelled from your account's Transaction History page. Once a withdrawal has moved to "Processing" or "Sent" status it cannot be reversed. If you need to cancel a processing withdrawal, contact support@788game.im immediately – there is a short window during which cancellation may be possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

New 788game members receive a 100% matched deposit bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000, plus 200 free spins. To claim it, tick the bonus checkbox during registration or before making your first deposit. The bonus and free spins are credited to your account immediately after your first deposit clears. Minimum first deposit to qualify is Rs 500.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you must wager a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. The 788game welcome bonus has a 20× wagering requirement. Example: if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you need to wager a total of Rs 100,000 on qualifying games before that Rs 5,000 can be withdrawn. Slots contribute 100% to wagering; live casino games contribute 10%.

The 788game welcome bonus expires 30 days after your first deposit. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered through within this period is removed from your account. Other promotions have their own expiry periods which are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. You can withdraw your real money deposit balance (minus any active bets) at any time, but choosing to withdraw before wagering is complete will result in the bonus and any winnings generated from it being forfeited.

Yes. Winnings from free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirement as the associated bonus (typically 20×). Free spins that are awarded independently as a standalone promotion may have different terms stated explicitly in the offer details.

788game displays odds in decimal format by default (e.g. 2.50 means a winning Rs 100 bet returns Rs 250 total, including your stake). You can switch to fractional or American format in your account settings if you prefer. The potential return is always shown in PKR before you confirm any bet so there is no ambiguity about what you stand to win.

If a match is abandoned, cancelled or not completed within the timeframe specified in the rules, 788game will void all bets on that event and refund stakes to your account balance. For D/L method cricket matches, the official result as declared by the governing body is used to settle bets. Specific settlement rules for each sport are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section.

Cash-out is available on selected markets and events at 788game. When cash-out is available, a "Cash Out" button appears next to your open bet in My Bets. The cash-out value reflects the current probability of your bet winning based on live odds. Accepting cash-out settles the bet immediately at the offered value, regardless of the final result.

The minimum single bet at 788game sportsbook is Rs 100. Accumulator (multi-bet) minimums are also Rs 100 total stake. There is no minimum per-leg requirement for accumulators. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed automatically when you place a bet – if your stake exceeds the market limit, the system will notify you.

Security

Yes. 788game uses TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers. Player account data and payment information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. Once enabled, every login from a new device will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling this for all accounts. Change your password immediately via Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Then email support@788game.im with subject "Account Security Concern" and describe what you noticed (unexpected login, unfamiliar transaction, etc.). Our security team will lock suspicious activity, review the account and respond within one hour. Act quickly – the faster you report, the better the outcome.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions. You will see a list of all currently logged-in devices with timestamps and approximate locations. Click "End all other sessions" to immediately terminate every session except the current one. Use this feature if you previously logged in on a shared device and forgot to log out.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate your account and comply with legal requirements. Data is stored encrypted. Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. The limit takes effect immediately and cannot be raised without a 24-hour waiting period. We recommend setting limits before your first deposit so they are in place from day one.

Self-exclusion blocks your account from deposits and gameplay for a period you choose – from one month to permanent. To activate it, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or email support@788game.im with subject "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period. You will also be removed from all marketing lists immediately.

A reality check is an on-screen pop-up that appears at intervals you choose while you are playing. It shows your current session duration and net win/loss for that session. It is designed to interrupt automatic play and give you a moment to make a conscious decision about whether to continue. Set up reality checks in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Reality Checks.

We take family concern reports seriously. Contact support@788game.im with subject "Family Concern Report". For data protection reasons we cannot confirm account details, but we will trigger an internal wellbeing review of the account in question and reach out to the account holder. We can also advise you on how to approach the conversation with your family member.

A cooling-off period is a short planned break from gaming at 788game – from 1 day to 30 days. During the period you cannot deposit or play, but your account remains open and your balance is preserved. Unlike self-exclusion, a cooling-off period is lighter – good for a planned break without permanently blocking access. Set it up in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off.
